The falls is also home to the infamous Veerabradeshwara Temple which is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Kalhatti Falls also attracts nature enthusiasts for its exceptional flora and fauna.
One of the most exotic waterfalls in Chikmagalur, Hebbe Falls offers scenic beauty like no other waterfall in Karnataka. Settled around lush dense forest and coffee plantations, the sight of the waterfall is magnificent. Owing to its picturesque landscape, it is one of the must-visit places in Chikmagalur.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Coorg. En route, visit Dubare Elephant Camp (elephant safari at your own expense) and Namdroling Monastery. On arrival, check in to the hotel. Later, proceed for Raja's Seat, located in the town of Madikeri. Later, return to the hotel.

In the town of Madikeri, Raja’s Seat is regarded as one of the most scenic places to visit in Coorg. The popular sunset point around Coorg, Raja’s Seat offers a spellbinding view of the lush valley surrounding the verdant hills. The garden was a much-loved spot for the Kings of Kodagu, and they loved watching the breathtaking sunset with their queens.
Nestled along the river Cauvery or Kaveri, Dubare Elephant Camp is one of the most popular spots in Coorg. With over 150 elephants at the camp, it is a great way to get close to these incredible creatures. The unique elephant training camp is operated by the government of Karnataka. Watch the elephants being given a bath, fed and trained by Mahouts amidst the lush surroundings of Coorg.
Bylakuppe is the only Tibetan settlement in South India and is home to the majestic Namdroling Monastery or Golden Temple. Situated at a distance of around 34 km from Coorg, Namdroling Monastery is a must-visit place in Coorg. The Golden Temple, a popular tourist attraction, has three resplendent golden statues of Buddha Shakyamuni, Padmasambhava and the Buddha Amitayus. It is one of the excellent examples of Tibetan architecture and artwork, which can be seen its ornate outer walls, decorated temple tower and vivid use of colours. The town is a delight to visit during festivals such as the Tibetan New Year (Losar), which is celebrated with much fervour at the monastery.
After breakfast, proceed to Tala Kaveri Temple, Bhagamandala (Bhagandeshwara Temple), Omkareshwara Temple, Madikeri Fort and Abbey Falls. Later, return to the hotel.

Set amidst the lush green region with the refreshing coffee plantation, the majestic Abbey Falls looks right out of a wonderland. The roaring waterfall gushes and pounds on a rock that echoes through the valley and make it one of the must-visit places in Coorg. Part of river Cauvery or Kaveri in Karnataka, Abbey Falls cascades from an elevation of 70 feet making an incredible scene and one of the favourite places for shutterbugs.
Omkareshwara Temple is one of the ancient and beautiful temples in India. Situated near Madikeri Fort in Madikeri, this temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is one of the most important pilgrimages in Coorg. Omkareshwara Temple was built by Lingarajendra in 1820 CE in both Islamic and Gothic architectural style.
