  • Overview

    Mauritius, an Indian Ocean island nation, is known for its beaches, lagoons and reefs. The mountainous interior includes Black River Gorges National Park, with rainforests, waterfalls, hiking trails and wildlife like the flying fox.


    Day 1 : Mauritius

    Arrive Mauritius's Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport and transfer to the hotel. Check into your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Dinner at hotel and overnight stay at hotel.

            


    Day 2 : Mauritius

    Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed for full day excursion to the East - Ile aux Cerfs Island. This tiny Islet off the East Coast is an ideal place for sea lovers, perfect haven of water sports and aquatic activities which offers crystal clear lagoon, fine golden sand and beaches. Enjoy the water sports such as Underseawalk/parasailing/tube ride & visit waterfall at extra cost. Dinner at hotel and overnight stay at hotel.

    Tips: Please carry swimwear, one extra pair of clothes ,beach towel & sunscreen lotion. Packed Lunch (by own) to be carried on island.

            


    Day 3 : Mauritius

    After breakfast enjoy a South Island Tour - drive to Phoenix town, visit the Phoenix recycled Glass Gallery showroom (Entry fee at Own cost) followed by the Floreal town where one get to visit the Diamond shop and Ship Model factory accompanied by shopping spree at the respective factory outlets. Next drive to the Extinct Volcano Crater of "Trou Aux Cerfs" from where one can enjoy the extensive view of the central plateau and Curepipe town. The tour continues through the Plaine Champagne trails where one can come across the untouched beauty of Black Forest district, the sacred lake of Grand Bassin and Shiv Mandir which lies in the midst of a crater, then a lunch (by own) pause at Restaurant Chez M at Bois Cheri. The tour finishes with Chamarel the seven coloured earth (Entry fee on own cost) or visit Gris-Gris a wild place where the waves dash against the cliff and also visit "la roche qui pleure" meaning the crying rocks provides a wonderful scenery as waves splash into it. Dinner at hotel and overnight stay at hotel.

            


    Day 4 : Mauritius

    Breakfast at the hotel. Day at leisure to enjoy the beach activities. Dinner at hotel and overnight stay at hotel.

        

    Day 5 : Mauritius

    After breakfast proceed for Port Louis / North Tour - drive through the Labourdonnais Avenue, one can discover the old French Colonial buildings, in contrast the Modern architecture and the government house. Followed by the Fortress of Citadel and the Champ De Mars horse race course. Drive by UNESCO heritage site Aparvashi Ghat; Next Halt at the Caudan Waterfront square and harbor. Followed by the Port Louis Bazaar and commercial city. Then proceed to Pamplemmousses Botanical Garden which has a large collection of indigenous & exotic plants (Entry fee at own cost). Dinner at hotel and overnight stay at hotel.

            


    Day 6 : Mauritius

    Breakfast at the hotel. Day at leisure to enjoy the beach activities. Dinner at hotel and overnight stay at hotel.

        


    Day 7 : Mauritius - India

    Breakfast at the hotel. Check out and transfer to the airport to take your flight back to India.

    •   20% of the total tour cost to be deposited upon commitment of the tour. This deposit is non-refundable

    •   75% of the total tour cost to be paid 08 weeks prior to arrival date

    •   100% of the total tour is required 45 days prior departure or within 24 hours of confirmation if travelling within 45 days from departure

    Cancellation Policy :

    •   10 weeks or more prior to arrival date: 25% deposit

    •   09 weeks prior to arrival date: 100% of the total tour cost

    •   Any cancellations must be made in writting

    Visas : Please ensure your passport is valid more than 6 months from the date of return for every country you are visiting. Please also ensure there is sufficient space in your passport to allow for all immigration procedures.

    Travel Insurance: The tour price does not include personal insurance. Travelers are highly recommended to purchase travel insurance upon commitment of the booking in case of force majeure. Travel insurance covers such costs as emergency and medical evacuation, hospital fees, property loss, etc which could possibly happen during the trip.
